May I suggest that we raise this bug importance to medium? At least if confirmed. I mean that for mobile enterprise users who have to re-configure their proxy in each new places (e.g. the one at work, potentially the one at the customer or hotel, none at home) this is quite nice and an often used feature, and it probably would be frustrating that it does not seem to work. But I would agree that for home desktop user, this is probably never used.
