After filling an report upstream Chris Wilson toled me that this is a bug in upowerd: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=36183
He also toled me that this should be fixed in a new upstream package from debian: http://packages.qa.debian.org/u/upower/news/20110321T145348Z.html If I kill upowerd the problem disappears for me, so it is definitely a problem of upower.
