Sure! That's the big problem. I don't say it's easy. And what about the bug #1? Is that easy? Actually, it's a wish, not a bug, as sad before. The "patch" to it: use developers for each language. Possible? Of course not. This is the perfect scenario. But what can be done? Support reports in Spanish? Or in Chinese?
