Fully updated as of this AM and its still happening all tho not as much. I just reproduced it by clicking on the mumble icon that I had stuck to the launcher. As soon as the mumble window opened the launcher was stuck over the application behind it and you could click thru to the application underneath in this case thunderbird.
I'm not sure if its because mumble opens a modal dialog box first and the launcher gets confused or what.
