Since that time I didn't saw this bug any more. I was reading mail and than just closed Evolution mail client, but tooltip was still there. But launcher icon of Evolution - disappeared. I'm sorry but I can't tell you why and when exactly it appeared and why it don't appear again. Excuse me for taking your time. :(
