Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: banshee

When creating smart playlists with "File location" filter and "contains"
option, Banshee has some problems if the term you want to match is in
cyrillics (that is, when folders' names are in cyrillics).

Expected behaviour:
- new smart playlist is created and all songs with the chosen term in their
path are matched.

What actually happens:
- if the folder contains a capital letter (e.g. "Песме"), no songs are matched
(everything is OK if you omit the first letter from the matching term and use
the remaining lower case ones, e.g. "есме" )
- if the folder's name is in all caps, no songs are matched (typing the term in
lower case doesn't match any songs either)
