hackurx@SRV-01:~$ sudo /etc/init.d/networking restart * Running /etc/init.d/networking restart is deprecated because it may not enable again some interfaces * Reconfiguring network interfaces... Ignoring unknown interface eth0=eth0. [ OK ] hackurx@SRV-01:~$ sudo /etc/init.d/network-manager restart Rather than invoking init scripts through /etc/init.d, use the service(8) utility, e.g. service network-manager restart Since the script you are attempting to invoke has been converted to an Upstart job, you may also use the restart(8) utility, e.g. restart network-manager network-manager start/running, process 2192 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/748407 Title: Unable to connect to a VPN pptp in Natty -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
