Hello
just after the bios is loaded, hold down the left shift button to call the grub 
menu, press the key e move with arrows to the linux line and delete vt7handoff 
quiet splash and boot with ctrl + x.
in this way the system boot in textual mode so you can see where it encounter 
problem and refere more accurate informations or if possible attach, using 
button below, a photo of the screen.
