Hum I didn't find the manual for this laptop. There is to button to
disable the touchpad (Fn+Fx) and another one with a led ?
I'll check your dsdt, but you may be able to control this led with
some file in /sys/class/led/

If you installed modules from acpi4asus-dkms, you may have to load
sparse-keymap by hand (modprobe sparse-keymap).
