Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

Hi,

I use the Exchange MAPI plugin to connect to our Exchange server. When I
compose a new message and press Send, the message sometimes ends up in
my local Outbox folder and it gets stuck there. This do not happen all
the times but when it does, all new messages gets stuck there. If I
clear the Outbox folder and restart Evolution, the problem usually
dissapears.

Best regards
Jonas S
