You could implement this simpler for the users by changing the "no screenshot available" box: - make the box link to http://screenshots.debian.net/upload/$PACKAGE - add a message like "No screenshot available. You can contribute one by clicking this box or going to http://screenshots.debian.net/upload/$PACKAGE";.
