Regarding the compat-wireless packages - so if I were running Maverick with a 2.6.35 (or whatever it is) kernel and an intel 4965, I could install a compat-wireless package (for lucid, or 2.6.32/33/34) to restore full 802.11n functionality (older wireless drivers replacing newer ones in the kernel but keeping the rest of the new stuff in the kernel)? Sorry - just not familiar with how those work exactly. Thanks.
