I am running Feisty (Kernel 2.6.20-15-generic) and am getting a choppy
picture from my WinPVR 150. I have tested this with Mplayer, MythTV, and
by capturing video and viewing the output on other machines. This occurs
on every channel. This did not occur when I used Edgy.
