This isn't a problem with the stroke width.
For me, there is a major discrepancy between the Rectangle and Selection
tool measurements
For example, I created a rectangle, and the size was supposed to be
108mm x 40mm with an 0.01mm stroke width.
However when selecting it with the selection tool, Inkscape tells me
that the size is now 135.035mm x 50.035mm
This is clearly NOT just the stroke width being added to the rectangle
size. There is something else going on here.
