Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: unity

Unity Launcher hide starts with the window's hidden resize area, it should
start with the real window borders as it makes problems with windows snapped in
other workspaces.
For example when a window is snapped in the right part of the first workspace
the launcher stays hidden in the second workspace because of the resize area is
affecting the second workspace.
