Thanks for the bug report. As explained, we have no control over
mirrors as they are hosted by 3rd parties.
Update manager did notify you about the update being available, which
was correct. It's just that your mirror wasn't up to date.
This bug is quite old now, have you had any further issues with that
mirror since first reporting the bug?
