I plugged the second monitor to VGA output (first was plugged to DVI), and artefacts disappeared from both screens (during the boot and after Alt+Ctrl+F[n]). Then I disconnected first monitor (from DVI) and after reboot all was also OK. I think this can help to correct the bug.
