Public bug reported:
After a clean install of Feisty (beta), Ubuntu would not recognize VCD
discs in my CD-ROM drive. Audio CDs are immediately mounted, as are DVD
discs and blank CDs, but VCDs are not at all recognized.
I have had problems with VCD playback in Ubuntu since Dapper, but at
least then, I could "see" the VCD disc in the drive. Now Ubuntu reports
I have "no media" in the drive, even though I've popped in a VCD.
