Are you seeing this issue yourself? If you are, please say so in the bug itself, and let us know which version of Lubuntu are you running, and which locale are you using? So far, as far as I know, no-one has reported being able to reproduce the issue, in order to work on it. The original report was from an Lubuntu 10.10 Alpha release, which is now at least 7 months old. It would be very helpful to know if others are seeing this issue.
