I don't have a blackberry anymore to test with, but doesn't it need
special drivers to work on the Windows side? AFAIK, usb-modeswitch won't
help here. What could be tested however would be if you provide a USB ID
(plug in your blackberry with a USB cable, then give us the IDs returned
by lsusb), then maybe it's possible to add it to a whitelist for
ModemManager to consider.
