This issue is present.
to get my ethernet card working back I need either to reboot or to get back 
from an hibernate.
BTW, it shows me that the computer is connected to network, but no transmission 
is done:

$ ping 8.8.8.8
PING 8.8.8.8 (8.8.8.8) 56(84) bytes of data.
>From 172.22.218.33 icmp_seq=11 Destination Host Unreachable
>From 172.22.218.33 icmp_seq=16 Destination Host Unreachable
