Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: qpsmtpd

On an utf8-system (i.e. ubuntu 10.04 LTS) qpsmtpd adds a non 7-bit clean
received header to every email, which causes for example amavis, to
classify the mail as SPAM because of this ?BAD HEADER".

An easy solution ist to add "LANGUAGE=C LANG=C LC_ALL=C" in the qpsmtpd-
init-script.

** Affects: qpsmtpd (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
