@ jerrylamos, I subscribed you so you'll hopefully see this. I started a new bug report - bug 728615 - which I think is more appropriate to this. You'll notice there I mentioned, "the fixed size manual partitioning window running offscreen (aka: not fitting) with certain small screens". And I referenced just one example: bug 715401. There are actually many.
