  When you drag an unfocused window into the titlebar, you get a maximized
  window with window controls and controls in the top panel.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1) Maximize window
- 2) Drag and unmaximized window from titlebar (do not release drag, the window 
should be unfocused)
+ 2) Drag and unmaximize the window from titlebar (do not release drag, the 
window should be unfocused)
  3) Drag the window back into the titlebar
  
  You need to have Unity configured to Dodge Active window.
