1. The release of Xubuntu you are using, via 'lsb_release -rd'.
2. The version of the package you are using, via 'apt-cache policy
package_name' or by checking in Synaptic.
3. What specific steps should we take to recreate this bug? (as, there is no
"change theme" in settings manager)
This will help us to find and resolve the problem.
