Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubuntuone-control-panel

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open from Unity Launcher (medium sized window in middle of screen)
2. Maximise (fills screen)
3. Press Maximise button again

The result is a window that uses the full horizontal space. It behaves
correctly in the vertical direction.

I'm unable to use the conventional "corners" to resize/fix this.
