Public bug reported: Binary package hint: open-vm-tools
Working to get HW acceleration working with Ubuntu 11.04 (Linux ubuntu 2.6.38-5-generic #32-Ubuntu SMP x86_64) running as client to VMware Workstation v7.1.3 (7.1.3 build-324285). Following instructions here: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/VMware/Tools. Crash on apt-get install --no-install-recommends open-vm-dkms.
