If anyone can help me track down the actual part of the kernel that is causing
trouble, I would be happy to poke around and see if we can tease out some more
enlightening debug messages.
For starters does anyone have any insight as to how I could find out if this is
something that needs to be fixed in ACPI, in APIC or in i8042 (best guesses so
far)?
I'm compiling the kernel with ACPI debug messages and a bigger ring buffer as I
type this.
