tnx to @dicson in ga...@conference.gajim.org i found that here is a bug regard Ambiance-radiance themes. If you change theme(i.e look at http://www.ubuntugeek.com/nice-themes-for-ubuntu-10-04-lucid-lynx- users.html) problem disappears.
