Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and make Ubuntu better.
Was the segfault picked up Apport? It would be great to get an Apport
retrace on it. If you open Nautilus, navigate to /var/crash, there
should be a crash file in there. If you double click on it, it will open
a new bug report, hopefully with an Apport retracing attached.
Let me know how you go, if that is successful I will mark this bug as
invalid and we will process the new bug created by Apport with retracing
attached.
