The reboot might not be a kernel bug. Everytime i had a reboot there is a entry on syslog:
syslog:Apr 12 00:02:16 sayao-desktop /usr/sbin/cron[5243]: (CRON) INFO (Running @reboot jobs) syslog:Apr 12 17:30:34 sayao-desktop /usr/sbin/cron[5804]: (CRON) INFO (Running @reboot jobs) syslog:Apr 12 17:41:19 sayao-desktop /usr/sbin/cron[5232]: (CRON) INFO (Running @reboot jobs) syslog:Apr 12 18:13:38 sayao-desktop /usr/sbin/cron[5326]: (CRON) INFO (Running @reboot jobs) syslog:Apr 12 18:28:43 sayao-desktop /usr/sbin/cron[5318]: (CRON) INFO (Running @reboot jobs) syslog:Apr 12 19:05:06 sayao-desktop /usr/sbin/cron[8471]: (CRON) INFO (Skipping @reboot jobs -- not system startup) syslog:Apr 12 19:35:37 sayao-desktop /usr/sbin/cron[5299]: (CRON) INFO (Running @reboot jobs) Those are the times the system rebooted (without any command from me). I have uninstalled anacron and cron, let's see what happens.
