Hello Nemo_bis This issue seems fixed in the latests 2.6.37 kernels can you try to install it downloading the needed for your architecture (i386 or amd64)from: http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v2.6.37-rc1-maverick/ installing on first http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v2.6.37-rc1-maverick/linux-headers-2.6.37-020637rc1_2.6.37-020637rc1.201011020905_all.deb this then the needed header then image for your architecture. It would be great if you can also test a live session of the current build of Natty that ship the most advanced kernel from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/ writing it on a usb key with startup disk creator or unetbootin, or burning to a disk, then report here if it works or not.
