Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: unshield

the -d Option for unshield dont work. test it with an cab file
cd ~
unshield x /path/to/file.cab -d /home/brrrr/movies

The files will extracted to ~/ but should be in /home/brrrr/movies.
there only one option to get the files into ~/movies. your have to cd in
this directory and run unshield.
