I get this: 2 Apr 00:00:28 ntpdate[14271]: the NTP socket is in use, exiting
But after a recent upgrade, the problem with the syncing seems to have disappeared... I don't know exactly what happened, but it has been fixed automatically as far as I know. I'm closing this bug.
