If we don't want to break normal usage of Qt and KDE at the ARM image,
then I believe the best solution for the moment is to postpone this
change at the archive for next cycle and only provide a PPA for users
that want to test and use Qt with GLES.

Linaro is building a proxy library that will help making the decision to
use GL or GLES at runtime, and also porting GLEW to GLES, so I believe
we'll be in a much better shape to do this transition for the next
cycle.

In case another solution is proposed, I'll be happy to work on it.
