This is still hitting me hard. I already updated to 2.13-0ubuntu1 and I
have the same issue that most programs won't start anymore. I'm back up
running using an older btrfs snapshot, but when I mount the updated
volume I can't even chroot into it and start bash.

root@schleppi:/# mount -t btrfs -o subvolid=0 /dev/mapper/ssd-btrfsroot /mnt
root@schleppi:/mnt# chroot /mnt /bin/bash
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

/mnt/var/lib/dpkg/status says:
