1. First try to run the command
    sudo apt-get -f install
if everything is fine then leave from there.

if it is not fixed then try to do this.
1. First you have to see your sources.list file, and make sure everything is 
fine.
    gedit /etc/apt/sources.list
    if there any firefox related link is added just remove that
    then run 
    sudo apt-get -f install    
2. check your software source System -> Administration -> Software sources 
   open other software tab menu, just check any firefox related link is there, 
just remove that 
   and try to run the command:
   sudo apt-get update
   sudo apt-get -f install
