Public bug reported:

Please sync libraw1394 2.0.6-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Ubuntu delta:
  - debian/README.Debian: Corrected file to use sudo instead of running
      as root

Why it can be dropped:
debian/README.Debian now uses sudo in all command examples (instead of
suggesting running commands as root).
