Hi guys, I've been following this bug very closely and I just had it happen to me on an Instance running Maverick. Kernel version was 2.6.35-22-virtual and I realize a newer -25- is out. Will see if I can repro with that as well. This was a classic example of the bug, it happened during a large apt-get install sequence and stopped allowing forking of new processes. Anyone else seen this in Maverick (10.10)?
