Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ivman

On my Ubuntu system Ivman works exactly one time - after installing. It
doesn't umount volume, and doesn't do anything more, neither before
reboot nor after, even though I run it properly (user- and system-wide).
Needed settings in xmls seem to be all uncommented (I didn't edit these
files).

Not knowing if the project is still maintained, and which is the right
way to report bugs, I already wrote it to ro_han, and filed a bug at
SourceForge, but not received any answer.
