Public bug reported: Binary package hint: bash
If I set 'show-all-if-ambiguous' to either 'on' or 'off' in my ~/.inputrc , I can't type 'a' on the bash command line anymore. And if try to paste a string with 'a':s in it, the string appear without the 'a':s. Other characters are not affected (not even 'A'). In a similar manner, setting 'show-all-if-unmodified' to either 'on' or 'off', makes it impossible to type 'u'.
