For Natty, any sink detection problems should be reopened as a new bug. The
basis code around this has not changed since last year. The menu tries to use
the default sink from the pa server and listens for any changes to this.
Sometimes due to the module sink-restore the sink will swap automatically
without changing the default sink, I have no way to detect this.
Marking this as fixed released for now because I thoroughly refactored the code
around this and I'm pretty sure it is doing what it should do.
