Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: compiz

- run compiz (I use the desktop-effect to configure it that way, then reboot)
- run the 'Keyboard Shortcuts' preference applet
- go to the 'Run a terminal' entry
- add 'Ctrl+T' as a shortcut
- press ctrl and T, notice how the terminal launches properly
- now change the entry to 'Ctrl+Escape'
- press ctrl and esc, notice how it doesn't work

This works properly with metacity.

** Affects: compiz (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
