I can confirm this - I will attach two landscape A4 PDFs showing this. First PDF, booking_form_2006 (can't remember the exact origin), displays correctly in KPDF, and prints correctly. (Though in the print preview, the top left icon displays correctly, but the first page displays elongated vertically, like it is a portrait page). The orientation can be changed in the print options.
Second PDF, camp_diary_2006, created via export from OpenOffice 2. Displays correctly in KPDF, but prints as portrait, so is truncated.
