The original issue I reported, marked as a duplicte of this one, was
about such packages being missing.

Proper language support is restored for the corresponding language if
one installs language-support-writing-*. I believe when someone installs
libreoffice-l10n-*, the corresponding locale writing aids (language-
support-writing-*) is expected to be installed (and as such should
probably be a dependency).

Meanwhile as a workaround when writing (hyphenation + thesauraus) are
needed for a given locale, it can be installed manually by installing
the corresponding language-support-writing-* (for example, language-
support-writing-fr for French).
