now, out of curiosity, did this do the trick? i am experiencing the same problem with two independent installations where one of the configurations has certainly gone through a lot - but the other one is more-or-less clean.
i also vaguely remember having seen something similar on the TB bug tracker; but for the moment i found this one quicker...
