Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
It is a new upstream version. The patches included in the current ubuntu
version are deprecated.

- Added a mention about BeautifulSoup and ClientForm embedded libraries.

- Setting the package back to unstable, as this is upstream's stable
version and no freeze exception will be requested for it.

python-scrapy (0.9-1) experimental; urgency=low
* New upstream release.
* debian/patches:
- 02_view_response.diff: Removed this patch as it has been applied upstream.
- 01_external_modules.diff: Removed this patch as upstream clearly pointed
out the need to use the embedded copies of these external modules instead
of the ones delivered by the Debian packages.
