The fix doesn't work. The relevant line on ddclient.conf is written as follows when selecting web interface on debconf: use=if, if=checkip.dyndns.com/ Of course, when running ddclient later one gets the following error messages: WARNING: file /etc/ddclient.conf, line 6: Invalid Value for keyword 'if' = 'checkip.dyndns.com/' WARNING: file /etc/ddclient.conf, line 6: Invalid Value for keyword 'if' = 'checkip.dyndns.com/' WARNING: unable to determine IP address
