Public bug reported:

Ubuntu Desktop Edition 10.10 32-Bit (http://www.ubuntu.com/desktop/get-
ubuntu/download)

When I used an uppercase letter at the start of my username during
install the copying files progress bar eventually changed to "ready when
you are" and the forward button was greyed

Found solution to problem in a forum here
http://askubuntu.com/questions/14168/installer-gets-stuck-with-a-grayed-out-forward-button

(basically use lowercase) but this was after having to abandon the
install as no error message comes up telling you to use lowercase user
name (infact it shows a green tick). Once lowercase used the forward
button becomes active and now installing ok

Please amend installer with correct error message

Thanks
