I have also a cpu family 15, model 3 Intel Pentium 4 3 GHz HT and also get the 
NX warning message. As I was not sure which proc I really had I searched the 
Intel site and narrowed it down to the following three models (based on cpu 
freq, fsb freq and L2 cache size):
530/530J: http://ark.intel.com/Product.aspx?id=27463
530J: http://ark.intel.com/Product.aspx?id=27464
531: http://ark.intel.com/Product.aspx?id=27465

The last two support the XD (NX) bit, but the first doesn't. And as I am
really sure I have a socket 478 motherboard I am sure I have the
530/530J processor. So my processor does not have the NX bit, and thus
the boot message is not correct.
